The quality of our oil is maintained constant throughout all of the production and processing phases, from the time when the oil is inside the olive to the harvest and subsequent processing, storage and packaging stages.

External laboratory analytical tests control fat yield, acidity, the peroxide index, and other quality parameters.

We do oil tastings every day to later homogenize the oil stored in each tank.

Traceability and quality assurance are absolute throughout the entire process.
