“Olivar de la Luna” is a very fruity oil resembling olive flavor with nuances of flavor to other fruits such as apples and almonds and the memory of freshly cut grass. Their behavior in the mouth is long, soft and sweet, leaving a slight bitter end of the fruit itself from which, an indicator of its stability, rich in polyphenols and antioxidants, and high in vitamin E.
